2007393 - Login to PCM with EPM Add-In Fails When User's Password is Due to Expire. - PCM

Symptom

  • When a user's password is due to expire and they login to Model Builder using their valid credentials, the system prompts them to change their password.
  • If a user whose password is due to expire tries to use the EPM add-in to login to PCM, the login attempt fails with an error "Attempted to read or write protected memory" , even though the credentials are correct.
