2008449 - LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND with HRMD idoc

Symptom

The processing of an HRMD_A or HRMD_ABA idoc fails with dump:

LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND
CX_SY_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND

Program "RHKAKO00 " not found.

Also other external object interfaces different to RHKAKO00 might be referred in the dump.
