2008880 - BTE 1020 validation issue when posting parked documents via FBV0

Symptom

• BTE 1020 is used for validating tax lineitem before posting accounting documents.  
• When posting a parked document via transaction code FBV0, BTE 1020 is called twice after clicking the POSTING button.  
• During the first call, tax lineitem is not generated in table T_BSEG, while it is generated during the second call.  
• This behavior prevents correct validation using BTE 1020.
