2009440 - The Availability Check Button is Missing in Sales Order

The Availability Check button is missing in Sales Order.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Choose the Sales Orders view.
3. Select the relevant Sales Order.
4. Click the Edit and then the View All button.
5. Go to the Items tab.
6. You will find the Availability Check button is missing in the UI.

This is because you have not scoped ATP in your Implementation Project.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Choose the Implementation Projects view.
3. Open the relevant Project and click Next until you reach '4 Questions'.
4. Expand Selling Products and Services and select Sales Orders.
5. Please select question:Do you want to immediately confirm quantities and requested dates during sales order creation based on an availability check?
6. Select the Finish button to complete the project and Save the changes.
