Symptom
During the upgrade, Phase PARDIST_SHD fails with following error:
Severe error(s) occurred in phase MAIN_SHDRUN/PARDIST_SHD!
Last error code set: Single errors (code <= 8) found in logfile
'PARDSHD.ELG'
In PARDSHD.ELG file, we can following information:

In Shadow Instance, jobs RDDGENBB_* get canceled due to dump DBIF_DSQL2_SQL_ERROR.
If you check the DEV trace (dev_w* files under <SUM>/abap/<SID>/<instance>/work, not Main Instance) of the WP where the canceled job was run, there are similar error messages as below with the same timestamp when the dump occurred.

As we see from the DEV trace, ORA-00904 error happens here and caused the problem.
