2009635 - There is no list for "Data (3G network usage)" in Activity list for Samsung devices - Afaria

Symptom

There is no list for "Data(3G network usage)" in Activity list to all of SAMSUNG Android Device. "Calls", "Messages","Wifi" can be seen on Activity list.
But only "Data" has no list even though I tried to use internet by 3G networks. In my further checking, 'Data' list had been collected to database by Afaria server before.

Environment

1. Server :: Afaria7 SP4, Afaria7 SP4 HF1, Afaria7 SP3.
2. Database :: SQL Anywhere 12.0
