Symptom
How-To add a contact person to multiple accounts.
Resolution
- Go to the Customers work center.
- Go to the Contacts view.
- Select contact ABC (ABC represents the name of the contact you want to add to multiple accounts).
- Click on the ABC hyperlink.
- Navigate to the Relationships tab.
- Click Add.
- In the Relationship Type drop down list select Is Contact Person For.
- Click on the Business Partner value help.
- Select the name DEF (DEF represents the name of the business partner).
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
The edited contact is now added to the respective account as a contact.
