2009730 - How-To Add a Contact to Multiple Accounts


How-To add a contact person to multiple accounts.


  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Contacts view.
  3. Select contact ABC (ABC represents the name of the contact you want to add to multiple accounts).
  4. Click on the ABC hyperlink.
  5. Navigate to the Relationships tab.
  6. Click Add.
  7. In the Relationship Type drop down list select Is Contact Person For.
  8. Click on the Business Partner value help.
  9. Select the name DEF (DEF represents the name of the business partner).
  10. Click OK.
  11. Click Save.

 The edited contact is now added to the respective account as a contact.
