2009944 - Blank screen displayed after login when accessing BILP or CMC with IE

Symptom

  • Cannot login to Central Management Console (CMC) or BI Launchpad (BILP) with the hostname in the URL, but IP works properly
  • Issue only occurs in internet explorer
  • Firefox, Chrome and other web browsers work properly for both IP and hostname in the URL
  • DNS name resolution is working properly
  • No security policies apply
