2009945 - Primary key already exists for another table at activation of table

Symptom

The table <TableName> should be activated (e.g. in SE14) and it cannot be done, because of error. In the activation log the following error message can be found:

"There is already an object named '<TableName>~0' in the database."

However there is no primary key for this table <TableName>

Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and higher
