How to make sure that ICM configuration is correct in MAI Alerting Directory?
- Connect to Alerting Directory: [http://[solman_host]:[solman_port]/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wda_ac_dir_browser.
- Select navigation by "Managed Object Type".
- Expand the node "Interface Channel".
- Select the channel you want to troubleshoot in the list.
- Check that all metrics that were setup are properly listed and configured.
