2010085 - Dump error: LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND - program "SAPLSUNM " does not exist in the library

  • Using Kernel rel 720 and 720_EXT patch 600 and in the middle of the installation, encountered below dump error:
    • Runtime Errors         LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND
      Date and Time          25.04.2014 22:29:33

What happened?
    There are several possibilities:

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "SAPMSSY1" had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
    Error in the SAP kernel.

The current ABAP "SAPMSSY1" program had to be terminated because the
ABAP processor detected an internal system error.

Error analysis
On account of a branch in the program
or a transaction call, another ABAP/4 program
is to be loaded, namely "SAPLSUNM ".

However, program "SAPLSUNM " does not exist in the library.

    Possible reasons:
    a) Wrong program name specified in an external PERFORM or
SUBMIT or, when defining a new transaction, a new
dialog module or a new function module.
    b) Transport error
