2010232 - 'Serial Number' not editable in Service Confirmation item

Symptom

When user creates a Service Confirmation, the field 'Serial Number' is grayed out. Even you already activate the field for use (set type CRM_SERIALNUM, attribute SERIALNO_PROCESSING).
