2010322 - PI Delete Job requests to Reduce the retention period for XML messages

• The Switch Deletion Procedure is active in the Process Integration (PI) system
• Within the job log of the deletion job the warning 'Reduce retention period for XML messages' is shown with either a yellow or red light
• This can be viewed within transaction SM37, filtering for the job SAP_BC_XMB_DELETE<Client>
