2010438 - Users can't log off from the system - FIM10.0

Users cannot log off from the FIM web user interface. For some users the logoff button appears, but they remain logged in even after clicking the logoff button. For other users the logoff button does not appear in their user interface, so there is no means to log these users off.

When the FIM Administration Console is opened, then the function "monitor financial information management users" will show connected users, even when those browser sessions have been closed by the users. Over time, a long list of user sessions may remain active (i.e. in the list of user which FIM believes are still connected). If an active user connects to the FIM user interface via a new browser session they will see the FIM list of jobs as though they had just logged in.
