Symptom

Open SAP MMC, the affected instances are displayed with an icon indicating that they are defective.

  • Symptom 1

MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly

Cannot connect to SAP Service on <host>

WebService error:21
A connection with the server could not be established
WinHttpSendRequest failed in plugin_winhttpfsend()

Access is denied (DCOM Interface error:80070005)
