2011358 - Non-dialog work process running for long time SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME report

Symptom

  • Non-dialog work processes (UPD, BTC, ...) are running the report SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME over an extended period of time.
  • If the work processes in question are Update (UPD) processes, a side effect is that the update queue in SM13 is growing and is not processed.
