2011425 - Execution Button is Not Enabled.

Symptom

You find the Execution button is not enabled in creating new campaign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Marketing work center.
  2. Choose the Campaign Management view.
  3. Select the Campaign sub view->New Campaign.
  4. You will find the Execution button is not enabled.

Cause

This is because you did not fulfill the campaign type.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Marketing work center.
  2. Choose the Campaign Management view.
  3. Select the Campaign sub view->New Campaign.
  4. Please select the Campaign Type from dropdown list.

After this the Execution will be enabled.
