2011503 - Cancelling a query causes stack trace - SAP IQ

Symptom

SAP IQ could be aborted if the running query is cancelled.

The stack trace will containt the following messages:

  • Exception Thrown from s_run.cxx:618, Err# 0, tid 4 origtid 4
  • Sybase IQ Abort: st_server.cxx:1391

The stack trace will contain the following functions:

  • _fini
  • void s_packedRecDesc::DescribeField
  • hc_metacontext::hc_metacontext
  • hc_metafrun::hc_metafrun
