2011639 - Problem in confirmations/invoices with decimals after note 1874190

Symptom

After an upgrade the error message "Quantity decimals &1 does not match unit of measure &2 customizing" is showed:

  1. Decimals are no longer allowed in new confirmations.
  2. The confirmations already made with incorrect decimals can't be confirmed or canceled to redo again. 
    The error message BBP_PD 657 (Quantity decimals &1 does not match unit of measure &2 customizing) can't be showed as a warning.
