Recovery of master database fails with 631 error:

server Error: 631, Severity: 21, State: 2
server The length of 24 passed to delete row routine for the row at offset 5595 is incorrect on the
following page: Page pointer = 0x0x2ab54c13e000, pageno = 353, status = 0x2, objectid = 33, indexid = 2, level = 0. The expected row length is 0. The offset should be no greater than 7660.
server Cannot recover the master database, exiting.
