2012156 - Setting the properties of a new instance.properties file

Symptom

The Application Server Java doesn't start due a missing or incorrect instance.properties file.

An initial instance.properties file was created, but the Application Server Java is still not starting.

The following error is recorded in the jvm_bootstrap.out trace:
