Symptom

  • "ExplorerMasterServer generated the following messages: Index Creation Cancelled."
  • "Index creation failed".
  • "Failed to index the information space. Request timed out."
  • In Explorer Master server logs: "com.crystaldecisions.enterprise……..failed to relogon, aps=servername:6400, token=xxxxxxxxxxx………(stack error)…"
