Symptom

  • IRT Waning
  • MPT Warning
  • IRT Exceeded
  • MPT Exceeded
  • Status does not reflect all statuses expected
  • IRT and MPT status search not working as expected
  • Incident has conflicting status and service level information (e.g. MPT Exceeded but Status only shows Confirmed and MPT Warning):

  • Only MPT Warning is shown in Status AB though MPT Exceeded is true as well:
