Symptom

  • When trying to open Web Intelligence document, the error "The maximum connection limit has been reached." appears.
  • The error code may be RWI 00000 or RWI 00239
  • Below info found in trace file:

    Uncaught Exception in SilentScope: GenericContainer_CdzMgrPluginBase:createSession
    Error=too many sessions
    Uncaught Exception in SilentScope: GenericContainer_WorkEntityFactoryImpl:createSession
    Error=max number of instances reached
    **ERROR:ServerLifeCycleManager:max session count reached (): 200 existing + 0 future sessions >= 200
