2012671 - webi reports fail with change preferences rights issues when opened from sharepoint

Symptom

After integration with Sharepoint and BI 4.1 [ IOMS ],  after login to SharePoint portal -

  • Some of the users cannot view WebIntelligence reports which to fail with an error.
  • However the same reports work for some other Administrator users.
  • WebIntelligence reports fail with the following error :

    Sorry, you do not have right to 'Change preferences' (ID: 84) for <userid>. Please contact your administrator if you require this right.  (as shown below)
