2012744 - Digital Signature Missing for Portugal Documents After Upgrade in Production System.

Symptom

After a system release upgrade, in the productive system for a Portuguese company code, newly created accounting and billing documents are no longer assigned a digital signature.

Entries in tables SIPT_VBRK (billing documents) and/or SIPT_BKPF (FI documents) created after the upgrade are missing the digital signature, while documents created before the upgrade still contain valid signatures.
