2013140 - When running the webi java viewer in Infoview/BI Launchpad with Java 7 update 45 & Java 8 Update 31 you get a security warning pop up

Symptom

When launching the Rich Internet Application/Java Panel, a pop up window “Do you want to run this application?” appears with the messages “This application will run with unrestricted Access which may put your computer and personal information at risk. Run this application only if you trust the location and publisher above” and “This application will be blocked in a future Java Security update because the JAR file manifest does not contain the Permissions attribute. Please contact the Publisher for more information.
