Symptom

  • Triggering of workflow is not happening on a classroom course in learning portal when learner tries to book.
  • 'Request Participation' is not displayed in learning portal.
  • 'Book this course' button is displayed when an employee tries to book a course in learning portal although workflow is active in backend or course type level.
