When a job is created in Promotion Management and the source and/or destination systems are logged into using Windows AD authentication, one of the following issues occur:
- Promoting a saved job will show "Sorry, Promotion Management is unable to process your request"
- The Promote page shows the source and destination systems not logged in
- When running the job upon creation, the job History page will be empty
