2013662 - Error: "HTTP 503 - Service Unavailable" displayed when browsing the FC website under IIS -FC

Symptom

  • After deploying the FC web site, it's not possible to connect to it. The following error message  "HTTP 503 - Service Unavailable" is displayed.
  • The application pool associated is started with a windows domain account defined in the identity parameter.
  • After browsing the site, the application pool is stopped automatically.
  • The following error message is found on the windows  event viewer of the web server:
