2013807 - How do you prevent Web Intelligence users from being prompted for "@Prompt" function calls within custom SQL comment blocks?

Symptom

  • Deployment of SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0 or 4.1
  • Web Intelligence document using a custom SQL statement, where a @Prompt function call, used to define prompts for the user to enter values, has been commented out using "--" or "/* */".
  • On document refresh, the user is still prompted for the commented out @Prompt.
  • How do I prevent the user from being prompted for a @Prompt that is commented out of the query, so is not needed?
