2014068 - Common issues with Web Application Designer

Getting below kind of error messages while opening / saving the template in web application designer:

Case 1: “BEx Web Application Designer has encountered a problem and cannot proceed with the current action. We are sorry for the inconvenience.”
Case 2: Assertion Failed: Abort=Quit, Retry=Debug, Ignore=Continue
Case 3: RSBOLAP 018
Case 4: RSBOLAP 014/13
Case 5: Error while executing Service ITEM_TEXT_SERVICE for object ANALYSIS_ITEM
Case 6: You cannot drag and drop any web items in layout mode
