2014169 - Customer sees that certain client devices are not receiving messages from the DOE back-end using SUP 2.1.3.

Symptom

  • Messages are not being received from the DOE(Data Orchestration Engine) backend to certain client devices.
  • Messages are being sent up to the DOE fine from the client devices in question.
  • The logs do indicate that the messages are being received from the DOE but not being sent to the JMS queues.
