Symptom

  • Metadata Integrator does not complete.
  • Integrator log shows:

    [C-3026002] 2014-04-28 21:18:11.279 Acquiring batch lock.
    [E-3026103] 2014-04-29 09:23:33.748 Unable to obtain batch lock after configured retries. Owning process id is 13968.
    [C-0000000] 2014-04-29 09:23:33.795 com.bobj.mm.utility.UtilityException: Unable to obtain batch lock after configured retries.
