2014786 - Data missing when exporting webi report to excel from BI 4.1 SP3

Difference in behavior between BI 4.0 SP6 and BI 4.1 SP3 when exporting the webi reports to Excel format.
Some hard-coded cells are missing in Excel in BI 4.1 SP3.

1) When the report output is exported in Excel/Excel 2007 format or scheduled in these formats with Webi preference set as Prioritize easy
    data processing in Excel (default option), the excel output doesn't show values

2) When the report output is exported in Excel/Excel 2007 format or scheduled in these formats with Webi preference set as
    Prioritize the formatting of the documents, the excel output shows values of these cells in all tabs but the column order is changed as compared to BI 4.0.   

    Also, BI 4.0 shows proper values with Webi preference set as Prioritize easy data processing in Excel (default option).
