2014911 - Syntax error in program CL_SNAPT_TRANSLATION while calling ST22 during an upgrade.

During an upgrade, you are not able to see short dumps as ST22 transaction generates another short dump due to a syntax error in CL_SNAPT_TRANSLATION class.

This was observed in MAIN_TRANSEXEC/XPRAS_TRANS, although it could happen in other phases.

In the developer trace you would find information similar to this:
