Symptom

DDLGen terminates when the configuration option 'quoted identifier enhancements' is disable (0).

DT4: To enable the Adaptive Server version 15.7 changes to quoted identifiers,
please set the 'quoted identifier enhancements' configuration parameter to 1 and then run ddlgen command.
