2015774 - Display activity process type in search criteria in IC role.

Symptom

In an IC business role, the activity transaction type is not available in the drop down list box (DDLB for short) of Activity Type (PROCESS_TYPE). This KBA will introduce two scenarios and solutions to control what activity transaction types are displayed in the DDLB of Activity Type.

Scenario 1: to show all the activity transaction types in the DDLB regardless whether it is also defined in business transaction profile (IC_BT) of the IC business role.

Scenario 2: to show in the DDLB only the activity transaction types defined in business transaction profile (IC_BT) of the IC business role.
