2015781 - SERVICE_H not copied or method SERVICE_H in CRM_COPY_BADI not called when creating follow-up document.

Symptom

When creating follow-up service order/process, we have following problems with copying SERVICE_H.

  • SERVICE_H is not copied from preceding document to the succeeding document.
  • customer implementation of method SERVICE_H of CRM_COPY_BADI is not called.
