Symptom

Getting the following errors after a DS job was upgraded from DS 3.2 to DS 4.1:

  • ODBC data source <Datastore_name> error message for operation <SQLPrepare>: <[Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata Database] The UPDATE specified in the UPSERT statement is a complex update. >. 
  • ODBC data source <Datastore_name> error message for operation <SQLPrepare>: <[Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata Database] UPSERT on a table with an Identity Column primary index is illegal.>.
