2016773 - The Preview For Put Away Task Does Not Show Any Values in the Actual Quantity Column

Symptom

When you are previewing the put-away task ID, the preview PDF does not display any values in the Actual Quantity column.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Inbound Logistics work center.
  2. Select the Task Control view.
  3. Select the Task ID and select the Preview button and choose the Preview option from it.
  4. In the opened window, the system does not show any value in the actual quantity column.

Cause

In the Actual Quantity field, we enter the quantity values that has been received in the warehouse when doing the inbound logistics process or moved out from the warehouse when doing the outbound logistics process.

Further, when you enter any value in the actual quantity column, as soon as you save it, the entered quantity is removed from Open quantity field and is added to the Fulfilled quantity field. Thus, the actual quantity field never stores any quantity value and hence, no values gets displayed when previewing the task ID.

Resolution

The system is behaving as designed.
