2016795 - Errors when "Change Document" is forbidden using Status Profile - "No changes possible in document/transaction"

Symptom

A user status is maintained to avoid further changes in the document. When changing to this status the error "No changes possible in document/transaction" is seen on the document. Once this status is set you are unable to modify any field in the document, it happens even before you save.

Alternatively after copying a standard status profile and removing FINI from a status you experience this error when moving to the modified status.
