2016831 - Cannot Initialize Report Engine Server. (Error: RWI 00226) (Error: INF) when opening web intelligence report in Infoview

Symptom

  • When opening Webi reports in Infoview, users are receiving an error : Cannot Initialize Report Engine Server.  (Error: RWI 00226) (Error: INF).
  • Custom SSO with HTTPS/SSL solution is used for accessing Infoview.
  • when accessing Infoview directly on Tomcat server the issue is not observed.
