2016904 - 500 SAP Internal Server Error

Symptom

  • Actions from CRM Web UI may result in hang.
  • "500 SAP Internal Server Error"  after around 5 mins.

The error page or dev_icm shows:

ERROR: User session (HTTP/SMTP/..) closed after timeout (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)<P>

--> The error is timeout. However, it didn't reach to the time which is specified in icm/server_port_x = TIMEOUT=, rdisp/plugin_auto_logout, or the ICF service's session timeout.
