Symptom

  • Marital Status is not synchronized between HR and CRM/EBP/E-Recruiting or other systems with business partner integration with HR.
  • During replication from HR system, the error message "Marital status X could not be converted" error message no. HRALX00_ORG152 occurs in idoc.
  • Error HRALX00_ORG152 appears from RHALEINI (Transaction PFAL) or in report HRALXSYNC.
