2017479 - When trying to launch the webi java applet in BI 4.1 using Java 1.7 update 45 or above you get the following error "Application Blocked by Security Settings" or "The application cannot be run"

When loading the RIA in BI 4.1 using Java 1.7 update 45, 51, or 55 you may see one of the following errors:
