2017844 - Key Figure "Planned Work (h)" Shows Wrong Value in Customized Report

You have created a customized report on the data source Projects, Baselines, and Snapshots (PROPRJU05). In step 2 of the report wizard you have chosen the key figure Planned Work (h) however When you open your created report, you can see that value is wrong.

1. Open the customized report from the work center you assigned it to.
2. Start the report with the desired parameters.
3. Check the key figure Planned Work (h).

You will notice that the value does not reflect the planned work that is maintained on the project.

Planned Work (h) with the technical ID PLAN_WORK_H shows the data from numerous internal data sources. The additional values you see here may come from obsolete project baselines, for example.

All the standard reports built on the data source PROPRJU05 use restrictions on the key figures to show only the expected values.

You can use the key figures Operative Planned Work (Service) and Operative Actual Work (Service). These key figures retrieve their data from the Project Task Service only and thus display the desired values.
