2017969 - Unable to start a SQL Anywhere database on a Windows Mobile device (emulator)

Symptom

  • When trying to start a SQL Anywhere database, the server reports the error "Attempted to open file that is already in use.".
  • This happens only if running the test on a Windows Mobile emulator.
