Symptom

  • CMS process crashes
  • No traces generated
  • Only traces that come up for CMS are during recreating a SIA or creating a new SIA
  • Traces contain lines like:
    CSISocket::connectEx: Cannot gethostbyname for <Server Name>
    OSCAPortListener::unblock: Fail to unblock listening due to connect failure.
