2018616 - ODBC Administrator tool 64bit windows crashes when creating ASE ODBC Driver DSN

• After installing the SAP Software Developers Kit (SDK) for ASE (Adaptive Server Enterprise) version 15.7 ESD#7, on Windows 2012, creating a 64bit ODBC Data Source will crash the 64bit ODBC Administrator.
  The 32 bit ODBC Administrator functions as it's supposed to, and will create a Data Source that makes a connection to an ASE.
• SDK version 15.7 GA release through ESD#5 will not install on Windows 2012 and are not certified releases. [Refer to KBA 1864231]
• SDK version 15.7 must be at version ESD#6 for certification.
